Learning Approach

Victorian Institute of Management provides a complete learning experience for people in the workplace. As experienced facilitators of learning we believe that the quality learning has three components:
1. the formal learning process,
.manager support and on the job experience,
.learning needs to be focused and well planned,
2. changes in skills, behaviour and knowledge require commitment from the trainer, student and their immediate manager, and
3. what gets measured gets done.
